4 WEEKS OF GROWTH

3. Surf Club – Surf + workshop    
This includes:

  • Surf Club and Beach Club meets each Saturday mornings in addition to the workshop*
  • Workshop – 4 midweek evenings – 6pm-8pm
  • Reflection and workbook activities
  • 28-day Journaling Challenge*
  • Group chats with weekly inspiration, connection and support
  • Unlimited text support
  • A delegated ‘accountability sister’ each session with connection/sharing tasks
  • *Appropriate for all levels of fitness/surfing abilities  

    *You will be provided with a 28-day journal of intention setting, self-awareness and gratitude to nurture a healthy habit of self-reflection. All workshop material will be provided.
